hiya, i was just wondering what i could do if a package from china was to get seized by customs.. could i claim the money back through paypal as the package was not delivered? thanks

I think you can because you never received the package. On the other hand I think the seller has a tracking number as proof of shipment. Maybe you've received a letter from customs which you can forward to PayPal. This may cause a lot of trouble for the seller. Did you contact the seller for a solution without the interfering of PayPal? It can take a long time when you try through PayPal and I dont know which buyer protection PayPal offers in the UK..
i havnt purchased anything yet but i am just worried as to what i can do if my package does get taken away by customs.. i just need to know if i can get a refund if in anyway i dont receive the package you see (even taken away from customs)
that can rise a suspicion that the items you ordered were counterfeit, and paypal will close your account for that reason...usually when the stuff get seized. the seller agrees to resend it through a different carrier...think wise
