removing exif in the imges does really matter?

using batch purifier that is claimed to be good for cleaning the images and or other exif remover sites , is it really efficient ..after checking the photos on google search image are still likely showing in the other sites where they are present

I use it regularly to strip photos of info

I use it to be safe but I'll admit it probably makes little to no difference. It only takes 5 seconds to run pics through it though so why not..

I use it too all the time , noticed the size of the photos decrease so something hopefully must do

It's a habit of mine to put my jpegs through a auto re-sizer which also removes exif for me.

But then again it replaces it with the softwares footprint lol so i'm basically in square 1.

I don't think it makes a difference anyway.

Well I almost always remove but I know I forgot sometimes and nothing bad ever happened.
However for only some seconds away, it doesn't worth taking the risk.
