reached £1700 limit it asked me to validate cc again plus verify my phone again

problem is phone didnt come so it stright away said they are sending a letter to address which obv is a stealth address

they have now limited the paypal until i confirm the 6 digits on the letter, what should i do?

You could ring PayPal try and convice them you have just moved and provide an address you have access to. They will probably want additional ID though. No second chances with phone verification.

If it were me I would abandon the account and move on to the next.

Is the address so foo-foo that you can't get the letter? Sort the phone to make sure it's working. Try as Captain said & contact paypal.... moved house etc etc. Have your info, password, secret questions etc. Next time you make a stealth account, have access to the address

is P.O.Box address ok with eBay and paypal?

I know you're in the UK but perhaps you guys have something over there similar. In the USA, you can have your mail automatically and temporarily forwarded to a different address by changing your address online. Even if you've never lived there!

If you keep emailing paypal saying you havent received the letter and asking for another to be sent, eventually they will ask you to fax them proof- eg utility bill etc. Then its easy.
this can take some time though.

Yep BUT you don't outright make the address like this:

Absolutely omit P.O.Box mention.

Got an account I was intending to keep under limits, as it is vairation of suspended address. My phone confirmation failed and address letter has gone out, it probably will arrive but of course there is a chance it wont - what happens then, the reset of limit date is soon, can I just wait for reset even if code isnt inputted?

For future reference, if I get near the limit and they ask me (this time it was only at £1200) can I just ignore verification and not receive more until reset - is that better?
