| That's what I used to think, so like you I didn't record the IPs. Turns out that, whilst it does change each time, it just recycles a set collection of the same IPs in that area.
So once I started recording the IPs, I'd notice about 10% of the time I'd get an IP I'd used months ago. Sometimes I'd get unlucky and get an IP match several times in a row.
