New PayPal Users (who have been in the PayPal system for 120 days or less or who signed up for a PayPal account on or after November 14, 2002) are required to complete two out of three authentication steps (confirm bank account, enter Member Number, confirm Social Security Number) in order to withdraw more than $500.00 USD per month.

So I think I understand what they are saying let me see if I got this right. In order to withdrawl more than 500 a month they need a bank account, and member number (Which is this a confirmed credit card? The 4 digit code you get) So actually that is what im wanting to ask if I add and confirm bank, and Credit Card if the limit will be lifted and less likely to limit the funds on my account for withdrawing?

Doing that only raises your limit.

I am beginning to sound like a broken record. paypal will limit any account.
Why people think that doing ABC will stop being limited is wrong. There is still every chance of being limited despite being fully verified....suxs but that's paypal. Funny another user was asking much the same question
