 Need Recent PrePaid Card that will Confirm Billing Address
Does anyone know a recently used PrePaid card that will work on PayPal to confirm a billing/mail-to address?
The Vanilla Visa no longer does.
In applying for the PayPal debit card, they confirm the address they'll mail it to by running a credit card with that address at the actual time you make the application.
With the cards changing all the time that they'll accept, I was wondering if anyone has one they recently used on PayPal with success.
