Can this be done through online? Like if i did open a checking and savings, i cant open another pair again? Or change the numbers on them if i get one account limited so i can use the checking or saving on another account to withdraw funds.

have not been able to do it with an online registration.

there are some banks that will let you apply online, set up your user id and password, then ask you to come in to fill out the rest of the papers.

i must say, however, i have not done much research on how far you can take an online registration. just giving my personal experience info

That is not the issue. There are a thousand places you may open an account without ever stepping foot inside the bank.

The question is whether those online accounts may be used with PayPal? Anyone?

x2ruff4u - listen, what is there to "screw up" about opening bank accounts. Why do you need multiple PP accounts? And finally, if you have been reading this forum, you understand that PP is not the answer - if you open a new PP account it will be limited eventually and take down your EBAY anyway.
Will PP be limited even if I have lifted the limits by confirming my bank account?

Why do they limit it? Although after lifting my limits they said I could tansfer unlimited amount of money. Then why would they limit it?

The short answer is pretty much "because they can". Since they don't have any real security measures in place, they just keep everyone on a short leash, and and start to ask for more and more info once you start to get too much money moving through your account.
