O.o For some odd reason I kinda laughed here. Because basicly hes telling you what to do with the card and hes so correct. But promoting it like this is kinda bad. Also im a bit confused 14.99 for the card? Is that with that amount in it?

From what I understand the ebay-card was loaded with only 5 USD needed for verification process, so the 'service fee' this provider charges for the card is 9.99 USD.

Cheers

I have been in contact with this site:

"here are the answers to your questions:

Card number, vcc and expiry date are delivered by email. There is no physical shippment involved.

You don't have to tell us the name and address you want to use the card with. Once you open your ebay-account it will accept any address and name which you want to assign to your account"

I have ordered a VCC from them for eBay, will report back on how well it works.

While I agree that site looks a bit 'iffy', I had some egold sitting around so I thought that I would take a chance on the P.Pal verification card.

I will report back as well

It sounds like the Paypal card is flawed. They only give you $2 to cover the Expanded Use Number. What about the $1 verification that Paypal charges if you choose to use them to pay your seller fees on Ebay? The card would decline, nice. I would (and might) buy the $5 Ebay card for $15 and use it for Paypal. I'm sure they would both work for either account if they even work at all.

Please don't forget to let us all know if they work. Their domain name was registered on 9-19-07 in Thailand, so I'm a little uneasy about giving them any info in case it's a scam.

Well I rec'd my 'card' in about 12 hours. I used it to add to my Pay Pal acct, and it was accepted! Ebay card next!

Wow, now their Whois info is registered in Australia. I really wouldn't trust these people. There is something fishy with the way these cards are distributed. e-gold or money order only? cmon. I don't know how, but even if they do work, someone is being scammed here. Probably a billion dollar bank.
