Amazon buyer account suspended - legit gift card use
Hello there,
I'd like to tell you what happened to me lately.
I've created a new buyer stealth account because my personal one got banned after over 10 years of legit use, unfortunately I didn't study before starting my dropshipping business using Amazon Prime. But that's another story...
The problem now is: I've got this new account, (aged for about 1 and half month, with 2-3 legit order paid with debit card) suspended (for verification) because probably I made an high risk order (300€) paid with gift card.
The gift cards are legit, and now they're asking me for billing infos (they're completely random) and proof of purchase of the gift cards I've redeemed.
Is there anyway to get out of this without loosing the account and the balance on it?
Do you think that if I correctly submit the information they're asking for, they'll unlock my account?
Obviously you can say: "why don't you just try?"
Because I've already lost a lot of money with my personal account, and I want to be sure and rely on someone's who's got some experience in this before doing anything.
