 Not working :(
I Have the same problem.
i created an ebay account. -> i linked to my paypal address. -> And i gone to selling tab. -> i created an bidding. -> When i click "list your item" button ebay is wanted my paypal password for fees -> i wrote my paypal address and password again.->And after that gived this error:
And now i cant open sell menu, everytime give error: "As a precaution, we have limited the activity on your eBay account until we receive additional verification information from you. We sometimes need to do this to make sure that eBay remains a place where members can buy and sell with confidence." :((((
