If they dont release my funds I will file a complaint and report eBay for fraud, grand larceny, theft over $1000, etc. I am sure they will give me my money then. | If your account is legit and verified then if you received a MC011 and you appealed it, if denied then the 60 days start from that date.
If your account is unverified eBay in some states hand it over to the state and you have to claim it from them.
