I woke up today with a wonderful email from eBay stating my account that i have been using to sell stuff for over 5 years, with over 300 reviews, and a 100% feedback rating has been suspended because of "activity that they believe was putting the eBay community at risk" and that's it. I normally wouldn't care about the suspension, but my account had $1300 in funds ready to withdraw, had i known i would be suspended for no reasoning at all, these wouldn't have been in my account. Is there any way i can get these funds out of the account despite it being suspended? I have come here wondering if anyone has had a similar experience, and how it turned out for you.

At least your suspended and not restricted. That means you will definitely get the money. Contacting them wont help its 30-60 days . if you contact them to much they will ask you for documents just to give you something to do.
