Paypal Linking to eBay question

Let's say my eBay account got suspended, but my paypal is completely fine.

I make a eBay Stealth account with paypal. I get fully verified.
Then when I go to sell something I put my old paypal account's email address for receiving payments.... will it work? Will I get linked?
