 Amazon deactivated my seller fulfilled listings because of violation of dropshipping

After i appealed three times i kept receiving this email. each time the same. https://pastebin.pl/view/25e481cd
I was using AliExpress and Alibaba to fullfil orders. And i always entered the tracking numbers from AliExpress into Amazon so how can I respond to this email to reactivate the listings?
