When will he send the micro deposit after the first sale or only after you have verified the small payment? | Yes it's usually between 24-48 hours after the first sale comes in. Once they first sale appears they sent a micro deposit to my bank, verifying it successfully and after a day or two - account is suspended and can't be reinstated after the appeal.
I will try not to use proxy and anti-detect browsers this week, will try to do it through a phone, maybe even their app if it allows.
