Is there a way to cover yourself by shipping overseas or is this simply not a very good idea when using paypal?

if you want to ship over seas and need to be protected from a "item not received" dispute. use paypal shipping labels to ship the item works like a charm!

From potential fraud. For the record this will be for a non ebay related item.

Have ppl tried to file disputes while you used this method when shipping your items?
