Can i get a new paypal account

Well i cant get my limit lifted as i dont have any invoices to send to paypal. Is it possible to get another account in my name again ? i am just about to move house and i have also got myself a new debit card with a new bank account. I am also living in the uk. Any advice would be great. Thanks

UK users, do you have something like a SS# the states have?

If not, I don't see any problem creating a new account with all new information.

No we dont have to provide anything like ss number. i shud be ok puting down my new house address and new bank account info with my name ? or shud i leave a letter out of my 1st name

Yea we get a credit score . I shud be ok putting my name on paypal when im opening a new account with my new address and new bank account shudnt i ? What about ebay, is it possible to set up a new account with them aswell ? I have a ebay account that is suspended as we speak , but like i said before i am moving house and have a new bank account aswell so shud be ok . Any advice on both would be great cheers chris

I think the US is pretty much the only country that has a SSN tracking system. Other countries have tax numbers too, of course, but they're not used like the SSN in the US.

paypal revises its policies in uk quite often.. as for now they dont include/want nino (national insurance number) thankgod and touchwood.. one more thing.. the last time my paypal account got limited.. i delimited it by providing them the required info.. but i was not sure why it happened and i started feeling fishy abut that.. so i closed my previous paypal account... after sometime i created another paypal account in same address and phone number.. everything normal ... only recently it got limited again for reaching the threshold so i got it delimited by providing info ...

2ndly i dont understand how u guys are creating ⊗⊗⊗⊗ paypal accounts and still able to get money out of it...

As you all know, my PP acount was closed a week ago, I now just reopen 1 with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ everything (name, address), I will later open a bank account and link to be verified, also I will add a credit card (simon). My question is: If I use this account to receive payments then when it accumulates up to more than 1k, can I just send to my brother's PP account so he can withdraw or if I use that money to buy things on Ebay , will they limit it ?????

You might not be able to do that any longer, ebayphobia. I was denied a payment recently due to my information not matching the bank. Although it might have been the instant verify that did it. I'm starting a new account, I'll give results when I get them.
