Perhaps, they have decided to no longer accept new users or self-destruct
However in your case, what item did you list?
What photos were they? | I sell mainly digital products that I make myself, I used to sell them on Etsy for a year and made good money until I violated one rule unknowingly, and now I'm paying for it I guess.
