But now I am getting it on Etsy,buyer ordered 2 items,one was not the right item(my mistake) so I sent a return shipping label for return,she thanks me and said she will return the item using the label.
Now she open a case with Etsy saying she wants to be refunded first as it is not her fault ,she wants her refund before return.
Etsy sides with me and give her till 20th to return the item.
why does she change her mind?
She lost/sold the item?
She wants a freebie? | Competition buying from you to try to get a real person to do a manual on your account. Works sometime's ....but they keep doing it...if it's phakes then you know the rest.
