 Can I link a new paypal with bank acc taken off of old paypal?..
Hello....
Still pretty new to this, so please don't shout me down if this has been asked already or its a dumb question...  .. only excuse is being female & fairly new to everything !
I was suspended from e.bay but at the moment my paypal account is still active although I have taken off the credit card and bank account that was linked to it.
I have set up a new e.bay account and want to set up a new paypal (all stealth of course), but am wondering if I could add my bank account that I had with the old (but still current) paypal to the new paypal account!?... Would e.bay find out or would paypal know that I have been suspended from e.bay and pick this up?
I hope this makes sense.... Oh and yes I will be ordering the Stealth Book, but am so so broke right now am at a loss as to what to do
