Thank you for the replies.... And wow ! didn't realise there were a few 'women' here.... For some reason thought this would be a man's world, hence the softly softly woman approach as to not be dummed down too much.
Oompaloompa... give me some tips on your secret of getting bags carried etc !... Can't seem to master that just yet
