INfo on the Card needs to be the same as acct info? Please verify

I know this was covered awhile back, but couldn't find the exact thread.
When ebay verifies the CC what info needs to be the same on the acct as on the card? If memory serves me correctly they did not get "all" of the information. I believe only name, street number and zip/
So, could a CC in the name of
John Smith
1234 Main Street
Anytown, USA 12345

Be used to create an ebay account in the name of
John Smith
1234 Maple Ave
Anytoen, USA 12345

Going to try to register a new account this week and want to know before trying to pull it off and perhaps as a result killing that CC for use on ebay.

Usually it's just the zip code and the numbers of the address. That's it.
