need a credit card to"confirm location" of my paypal account

my US paypal get limited and it ask my to add a credit card to confirm location. I am not a US resident,any advice which can remove the limitation are invited!

why do you have a US paypal account if you're not a US resident?

Ehh... you can try a prepaid credit card... but you'll probably have better luck with another payment processor. :/

thanks for all of your advice.I registered this paypal with my US bank and US mail address.
by the way:where can I get a "prepaid credit card",and does it work to solve my problem?
