the products are gated regardless of whether the original account was reinstated and it is done for all sellers , possibly with the exception of older established sellers
I actually know a case where a guy was having several amazon accounts selling at the same time. one got taken down and a few weeks later the other accounts could not relist the brands gated because of the suspended account so that as soon as the inventory fell to 0 it was game over and application to ungate was needed
but it went further , a few weeks later , their other accounts were taken down as well , possibly because they were selling similar or same inventory | fully agree; I know the difference  I just told OP that usually u can continue selling items in question after getting reinstated if it's not connected with regular gating of products.
