Default Flagged MC014 - Is my account flagged too?

I started a new eBay account and was trying to get my feedback up by buying those positive feedback auctions than I got this message for an MC014. Does this mean my account is now flagged too? Or is it only the seller? I'll soon be starting to sell some high-risk items on this account.

Thank you for your interest in this listing:

120530394177 - Baby Raccoon Pic & 100% POSITIVE FEEDBACK!

Unfortunately, the listing is no longer available. We understand that this may be disappointing, but sometimes we need to remove listings to protect buyers.

There are three main reasons why we remove listings:

-- The listing doesn't follow eBay guidelines.
-- The item isn't allowed on eBay or can only be listed under certain conditions.
-- The listing contains pictures or words in it that may have created copyright or trademark issues.

If the seller is able to fix the problem and relist the item, we hope you'll consider buying it. For privacy reasons, we're not able to give more specific details

We have other great deals on eBay. Visit eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices to continue your shopping today.

Well your account isn't suspended but the message you got was they removed the listing because it was unauthorized to be sold on Ebay. Of course your history is linked to that account now and Ebay has a good idea of what you were up. I would be careful with those kind of auctions because they will get you for feedback manipulation. It doesn't take much for Ebay to decide your account is a risk and suspend it for someone trival reason.

You now have the guilty by association mark on that account.
Not a sensible idea to obtain feedback that way.
You know what you are doing,
Seller knows what is happening
but worse ebay does as well.
We have a sub-forum here about feedback. As you can imagine there are a lot of users who find they have similar problems.

Read thro' it and see how creative one can be to get feedback

In theory I dont see a big problem with the item listed (picture of a baby Raccon)

I think the bigger problem is the direct request regarding feedback within the item description (which is mentioned twice)

Lose the feedback request and the item is ok in principle.

p.s you dont need to play the gaining feedback game as you have over 90 already. Just sell as normal.

Your account is not flagged.

It does however have this attempted purchase in your history. If your account gets reviewed for feedback manipulation at a later date CS will obviously see this and it would be an extra nail in the accounts coffin so to speak..
