found this site payko that claims to be able to accept paypal to buy money orders and send you the funds via overnight is this a scam or can they really do it?
Also is there any way to buy money orders or transfer money to western union or moneygram to withdraw the funds?

I said in a different post. That even tho Payko says it accepts PayPal I tried it. When I got to the payment options it had PayPal greyed out. This was like 6 months ago. Try to buy 1 and see if PayPal is 1 of the payment options. Keep us posted.
