Paypal Claim (Non recieved Item) PLEASE HELP
Hello,
I recently sold a Cellphone, the buyer agreed to get iot from china. However, He recently opened a PP claim (Not recieved Item) asking for a full refund.
He refuses to communicate, no answers to my several Emails.
As a result he get the phone and PP may refund him.
I have a Tracking # that shows that the phone is in Transit (Left China 3 days ago) I gave the tracking# to the buyer but he don't care, he escalated the dispute to a claim.
Now I'm wondering if PP will not limit my account if I give them an EMS (China) Tracking # ?
What should I do? Give a tracking, or refund the buyer to avoid PP limitation (I don't afford to loose this account)
Your advice will be very appreciated.
