Paypal is not releasing my funds as they state they do, the item was delivered march 4th and they are still holding the funds, i email and email and get a auto response, i really do not want to call them, any advice?

Hi. did you provide a a tracking info to PayPal? Then you have to wait for a few more days. If not, a buyer should leave you a positive feedback and the funds will be released the same day. Otherwise, you have to wait for 21 days.
21 day hold, but it shows delivered on the 4th of march thru paypal, yes i have a tracking number and on paypal when i click tracking it shows delivered
It's normally released when feedback is left by the buyer. Leave his feedback and hopefully that should get a response. Or email and ask if the item arrived ok? That should be enough to remind him to leave feedback without actually asking him.
