Have had 3 vero notifications but still selling....

Howdy

I have had 5 listings taken down in the past 5 days for vero but I think it is because I listed the items for sale worldwide. I have not been restricted or suspended as yet.

My question is do vero/ebay keep tracking you once they send you a violation notice?

I am just wondering if I relist items and sell only locally (which is what the others seem to be doing and are getting away with it - they dont sell worldwide) will I still get picked up by the vero member - who I think was from ebay.com and not ebay.com.au?

I hope I am making sense. Has anyone tried this?

I have looked at all the listings that are still on and they are all only for sale locally which makes me think I was targetted because I was selling worldwide and was picked up by an overseas vero member?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

How old is the account and how many feedback you have?

It is only about 1 month old - my other accounts were suspended for 12 months so I have had to start again.

I have 11 feedbacks. 100% positive.

If you get to many VERO listing removals in a short period of time Ebay can give you a listing restriction for 7 or 30 days. OR if they really want to get crazy they will just suspend the account. Do you have any back up accounts made already? If not I would advise getting one made in case this one goes down.
