Default Withdrawal on Sat

So I made a withdrawal today (sat). It usually takes about a day before i go from pending to completed. My question is will i go to "completed" tomorrow even though its a weekend, or will i have an extra day of wondering if im going to get limited.

How much was the withdrawal for? Did you leave a balance in the account?

Either way, too soon to tell.

The weekends make withdraws come to a stand still. Monday will be day one of your withdraw.

If you made the withrawal today then it will show completed 24hrs later regardless of the weekend but your bank won't begin processing it until Monday. And just because it shows completed doesn't mean they can't reverse it, even after it's in your bank paypal can reverse it,it's happened to before so make sure and run down the atm as soon as it shows up, I get alot of my regular excercise from running to atms.

Looks like you only read the first sentence, try reading this part:

How long ago was that? I havent heard about paypal being able to take funds out of a bank account without permission in years. And once its "completed" its officially out of paypals hand so they have no way of getting the money back. Are you sure it wasnt reversed while it was "pending"

That's what I thought to until a few days ago I let it sit in my bank for a couple days then went to the atm and it was gone, then went back to check my paypal account and sure enough it was back in there posted as reversed after it was completed and sitting in my bank for 2 days.

Please explain that a little further. Were you limited what was the reasoning, which bank were you using?

You sure this wasnt a bank problem? thats what it sounds like to me. Im assuming this was a stealth account. Some banks dont allow the transactions in different names and will send the money back. and when they do that paypal then sees teh names dont match then they limited your account.

That could be but the bank was already confirmed with the 2 small deposits and the first withdrawal was sitting there for 2 days and it was limited after I made a second withdawal which was reversed before it was completed. The money was reversed after my second withdrawal was reversed.

So that means if you have money in general from other things in there, they will take it from there instead?

EDIT: What if your bank account balace is at $0, is it going to go negative?

Not unless it's for your ebay fees, I had 1 account -$12 now its -$40 since they took out some fees but that was a real bank I only use prepaid debit cards now which don't have nsf fees.

I guess typically it's 24 to 48 hours once it says complete. But I had a few quick withdrawls when I did it on a Sat. went from pending to complete on Sun. and it was in the bank account on Mon. One time I did a withdrawl on Sun. and it was in the bank on Mon morning. I guess it depends on what kind of actvity you have going on your account.

If you withdraw money before 5pm EST time on Saturday, your money should be in your bank account Monday morning. This is the way it is in my case for all banks I have used such as Chase, BOA, GE.
