Default Suggestions how to get someone suspended on eBay??

hi all

although a little off the subject to what is normally discussed on here, i would like to get some revenge on a seller who has p**sed me off

The situation is one of my eBay income streams is a VERY niche market, so niche in fact i was the only guy selling these items. Now i have approx 50 items in my range, now this guy buys all 50 of the items and is now re-selling them on eBay. Now i know eBay is all about free trade but i am a little annoyed at him for doing this, as it has been all my hard work and obviously i am loosing some money to him getting my sales. Now i have politlely emailed him asking him to refrain from selling his items, as i said to him from the outset i did not want to deal with him if he intended to resell on eBay but he insisted the items were for his own collection.
But i have had no reply and he is still selling

NOW, i think i am forced to take matters into my own hands and i want my revenge.

For those in the know, do you think this would work ?

I have the guys details, ie name, address, and via online searches for his phone number etc. and i would assume he has used his real details to set his account up

Now i intend to set up an eBay selling ID using the guys details, then listing some high risk stuff, plasma TVs, porn DVDs, dodgy designer clothing that will lead to the IDs timely suspension but while the auctions are 'live' on eBay i intend to report the items but also note that i suspect he may have multipe eBay accounts and link the ID who his established account

Do you think eBay would act and suspend both IDs ?
Do you guys think this is ethically right ?
Are there any better means to get someone suspended ?

Any suggestions .....................?

haha, I'v got somone suspended before because they was a retarded buyer...this is what I did,

lets say the buyer you hate SN on ebay is name "johnnyboy" and u have a old suspended account and the SN is "Muffinhead23"

Write into ebay and say this " Hello ebay support I have a old suspended account muffinhead23 and im currently using a new account " Johnnyboy" how many items can I list on my current account.

If the right person gets this email, they will reserch the account and suspend the user because they think your him....hahahahaha

every person is selling on ebay to make a living... i know competition is tough but i wont recommend any such action... wat u can do best is not to sell him again if u want ur own domination.. do u really think getting him suspended u will prevent him??? HELLO??? arent we all suspended by ebay but we are back selling similar or other items...

Well two wrongs doesn't make a right so no it's not ethical.

But the way I see it, you gave the guy an out. You asked nicely. It's not your fault he had to play hardball. Do what you gotta do to stay in business.

This is actually what I've done in the past when I wanted a new account but didn't have an address handy. Revenge by proxy. Hahaha! Like the guy in the commercial says "Got em!"

The guy is doing nothing wrong by buying your items and reselling them. if you don't want competition on Ebay then don't sell them at all

why would you do that?

spend your time on creating your own income.

trying to take down your competitor won't get make you more $$$

it's just not worth your time

why worry about how much money the OTHER guy is making. Concentrate on your own business.

I totally agree. He brought your items legally with no conditions that he cant resell it. So i think that would be abit harsh to get him suspended. And we all know how that feels to get suspended.
Look at the end of the day if you have a soild business and feedback to back your products you should have to worry.Just say if i had to buy something from 2 seller with the same product and 1 had a history of selling this product and good feedback for the product I would buy it from them.
Keep up the good business ethics and your customers will come.

Hahahahah.
But you re probably still selling the same products right?
Did it say in their listing that you cant resell?
No?
Then you have very right to resell it.
Thats my opinion.

Default KEYLOGGER on the loose... FYI

Hi- I just wanted to give everyone the heads up.. IN the midst of being devistated by loosing a 5yr old 3,000 fb ebay acct, I lost sight of my pc security.
I must have searched and visited 50-100 sites over the past months.

Someone implanted a KEYLOGGER on my pc..
Never thought it would happen to me,, the person(s) quoted several posts i made, made reference to my 15 ebay accts, etc. etc. SO--BE CAREFUL..
Dont know yet who did it, but my systems are all new/secured/ passowrds changed daily, and have that key chain password generator now that generates new password/6 digit number every 60 seconds..
Just a heads up-- Be Careful. (Theres alot of JEALOUS people out there!)
Best )

naw I visit atleast 50 sites a DAY and I never got 1 virus or even spyware and I have a PC.

The reason someone got your info is due to "user error".. Keep a firewall and a good antivirus program on your pc and update it everyday and you will never have to worry about anything.

Get this-->AVG Anti-Virus and Internet Security - Welcome
this-->SpywareGuard

and Zonealarm Firewall

Also use Firefox Internet browser always. Most viruses and spyware are made for Internet Explorer

Their all free and never ever worry about anything again

Also make sure you check who uses your computer because they can implant a keylogger too.

My PC security is too too good
