Ebay account suspended, paypal is not - Can I use this card?

Hey guys,

My eBay got suspended, but the paypal linked to it did not.

I have a Netspend account linked to my paypal for withdrawal purposes. Now when you log in to your Netspend account, you can generate a VCC with your account. Since the account numbers would be different, can I use this to verify a new paypal??

Yes, as long as the VCC number is different, it will work to verify PP.
