Question Paypal accoubt frozen, asks for supplier invoices, HELP

Hello,

I got my Paypal account frozen. I can supply all the info they request, but I do not have any supplier invoices, because I buy stuff from classified ads and sell it on ebay.

Will telling them this honestly solve the problem, or do I need to think about any other way.

Please give me the answer guys.

By the way I have normal account not stealth.

Why was the account frozen? Too much money. too many complaints?
OR Better, maybe you are not really in the UK an live somewhere else?
ffs, the flag is meant to be the country where you live
If it is your real name. then contact them, ask to speak to a supervisor and sell your story. Even if you 'buy' from classified ads, have you not got any info from that? You got not receipt?

My account is 100% correct. real name, everything fine from this side.

It probably got suspended because I sold 6 or 8 expensive items. 1 buyer was unhappy, and we agreeded that he will return item to me. Anyway he escalated it to a claim, I did not receive item back from him yet, so the claim is still open.

As I said I buy from classified ads, seller gives me items I give the money. No checks, no papers at all.

So You think to call PP and to talk to supervisor is the best way?

yes, my country is Lithuania by the way. Thanks for adjusting the flag

Ah, no. That is a different story. Expensive items, a complaint and paypal limit the account. What was the value of the item? How old is your account

How sure are you that the buyer will return the item?
Have to ask the questions to give answers to help you

The account is 4 months old.
There is positive feedback from other buyers.
The buyer is from Germany, he wrote that he delivered back the item, supplied tracking number, but when contacting delivery company and try to track information also in delivery company website they cannot find any information about the parcel. As I understand buyer wrote incorrect tracking number or did not send parcel to me and typed any number.
In my opinion buyer is trying to scam me off, because he says item not working and I am 100% sure it is fine. Anyway I agreeded to take it back. And also delivery company delivers within a week. There already almost two weeks and the item did not return to me.
The values of my items are around 350-400 € per piece.

Tend to agree it might be a scam. Sounds like a clock?
