So my website sales are slow and I need to get on ebay I reread the ebook today I haven't created a stealth account in over 6 months so a little rusty.
When creating an ebay and paypal account to sit for 30 days do you instantly on the same day you create them add the bank, phone and credit card numbers or does that wait until you start to sell?
