Unhappy Paypal/ Sending money Question.

So I have this weird problem, I can't withdraw the money from my Paypal account due to some "limitation" that I've never seen before. When I go to withdraw it says: "Accounts with limited access may not
perform this type of electronic transfer." I never recieved any notification of limitation, no calls, no nothing. It is a "bussiness" account not premier or whatever. It's stealth. It's less than 30days old. I'd lke to do a direct withdrawl to my bank account obviosly but it doesn't seem to be working. If anyone has had experiance with this wierd "limit" please comment with some tips or PM me. Thanks.
The second question is, is it safe to "send" the money to another account that isn't "limited" and withdraw ti from there???

Try buying a random cheap item from ebay or somewhere that accepts paypal, Am almost sure you will be hit with the limitated notification. If you do not get the limited notification then go ahead and try sending the money to another account but that also can get your account limited as well.

Good Luck.

Hmm, I was thinking the same thing. Why do you say that you're sure I'll be limited?

Why not just give them a call and try to solve the problem?

Yeah I was thinking that, but what phone do I call them from? Can I call with a cell phone # that has been suspended?

Not the best of ideas to use an old phone no#.... stealth means a new person.

Get a prepaid card with phone minutes. I buy these for $0.99 for 100 minutes. They will give you access number that you need to call and enter your passkey. The caller's number will show some exchange so your own phone number is concealed.

yea, but with callcentric you can receive calls on either your cell phone or by way of software interface so when eBay does the phone verify and wants to call you, you can get their call. Also when there is a MC notice (normally within the first 30 days) then you can follow through with calling eBay to BS your way out of it.

Ok, thanks guys. I did end up buying a trackphone...but not for this account.
I didn't call them because it escalated in an "actual" limitiation. They requested the whole slew of stuff. I gave it to them as best I could...now they want tracking numbers for everything, which I already gave to them....???? I've got almost $1K in there. :(

Did they ask for SSN? If so, how did you supply that to them if it's a stealth account? PM me if anything.

Yeah they did ask for SSN...I gave them a photo of the card with the last 4 digits blocked. They havn't asked for a full pic yet...so I guess that's ok? Also they actually emailed me back! lol They said some of the items had not yet been delivered but are on thier way, we will await thier arrival and review the case again. This is the furthest i've gotten with a limitation without getting a rejected sticker slapped on it from day 1....crossing my fingers.

This doesn't make any sense, you never heard of a paypal limitation but you created a stealth account. You would have been better off using real information, that way you would have a better chance of being reinstated.
