Default Stealth PayPal shipping question

I recently opened a new PayPal account with @@@@ info. I would like to use it to order product to sell. I want my orders shipped to my personal address, so therefore I would need to change the shipping address when I place the order. The only problem is, this shipping address will be the same as my closed PP account. Will this process be linked in any way?

I think you already know the answer to this one.

once you use information that is common between
more than one account, they will be linked.

Then you will soon have to fax in some documents.

Will it fly using a PO Box? The orders are large, how do I use the stealth name to pick them up? Also, how do I avoid the shipments getting sent back?

You can open a PO Box or a box at UPS or a postal service like Going Postal (not available everywhere - its a franchise)..by opening the box in business name (your ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name) and giving your real details to employee at the Post Office (it is safe). Than, when the package arrives in xxx name (your ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name or business name), and you need to pick it up they will know it's you. Been doing this for years, no problem. No packages being returned, but than I don't receive almost any. I have everything sent to my home address, using my original PayPal to purchase, which still works just fine. I was lucky enough to have only Ebay account suspended, not PayPal.

Register a DBA name as the stealth name, and then rent out a mailbox. Just make sure to inform the mailbox service beforehand of the DBA that you will be using to receive shipments.

You can use both your address and name. The whole idea to the stealth guide is your not suppose to use bogus information. You need to use a variation of your name and address. There is a fine line between the 2 but using bogus information will lead to problems. I have used my address up to 5 times just by changing some words around. Do some tests and do a forum search you will find solutions to your problems. Good Luck!

No, the stealth guide does mention using a bogus address (meaning one besides yours, NOT one that's completely fictional) as a possible option. It just implies that this should only be used as a last resort. On the other hand there's nothing at all mentioned about using your own address, whether or not it really does work.

Well like I said a variation of your name and address (meaning it will still come to your address)

Example : Real Name and address

Robert Smith
123 Main St
Simon, WI 54700

Example: using a Variation of your REAL name and address for delivery

Bob Smity
12300 Main Road St
Semen,WI 54701

Rob Ert Smithson
123 1st Main St.
Sison WI 54700

ETC........

How do I know? Because I'm doing it. Why are you questioning it? Maybe you should try it. I even use initials as well.

Okay, I get it now. Thanks for the explanation.

btw I wasn't doubting you at all - sorry if you misunderstood. I was just pointing out that this stuff isn't mentioned in the stealth guide as you seemed to have thought so people wouldn't find details about it that way.

Hey no problem maybe it was in the older ebay Stealth Book. If you do a forum search it's all over the place. Either way it's better to use a ebay/paypal using a variation of your real name and address that way youu can buy and sell with ease. That's what I do and I do it with a few UPS boxes as well. But if it's bogus information meaning Robert Smith then you can't get mail in John Doe's name. Everytime I get my mail they show me a variation piece of mail and ask if this is me and I said ohh yea you know they always misspell my name and address and that's all the questioning I get. But if it's way off then what can you say? Ohh that's my cousin lol. Not going to work do what works you will get farther.

Thanks for the replies.

So if I understand this correctly I have two options.

1. Get a DBA (Tax ID #) under my stealth name and inform the USPS office that I will be receiving large packages under this DBA name and PO BOX Address.

Question for this: If it is a large package, do they hold it in the back for pick up?

2. Mix up my real information (name, address), such as this.

John Lamberg
1201 Loewe Lane
93009

Jo Lambert
1201 Loe Street
93009

My question is this. If the address and name is changes a little bit, will the package even be delivered correctly?

An important detail: you don't have to use a USPS P.O. Box specifically.. there's also the UPS store and stuff like that. Look around at some self-storage places around your area and a lot of times they'll have mailbox rentals for cheaper than the UPS Store too. This is what I'm currently doing. Keep in mind that a USPS box can only receive USPS mail/packages.

Yes it will. But to make sure do a test. It's easy use a ebay account or send a piece of mail to yourself as a test. This way you will know if it will work or not. Good Luck.

Yes I love the storage unit boxes ones too. Yes that is correct UPS/Fed Ex do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Only thing I love about the UPS store is the 24 hour access.

Yeah, that's the one thing I miss about the UPS Store but I can definitely live without it for the difference in price.

So a UPS box can receive any kind of mail? from USPS, FED EX, DHL, EMS?

Yes it does accept Fed-EX packages. The difference is that a UPS box has a street address and is like a normal address that is why it can accept everything. So anywhere that has a Private Mail Box (PMB) is the same. It's just that UPS is the biggest because they bought out Mailboxes Etc. But I even saw a Pawn Shop have PMBs and it was only like $3 a month.
