what isn't? some items/veros are tougher than others for example Channel is very tough as is Titeleist (I have even have them close genuine items I listed .. I kicked up and they admitted they made a blue).. I think the biggest problem is dobbers... people with nothing better to do

I had one of my listings removed but there were about 5 others selling the exact same thing, and 2 were power sellers. I asked ebay why they weren't removed as well, got the normal bs in reply.
So I went right off at them saying that if they wouldn't remove the others, then re-instate mine.

A couple of hours later all listings were gone.

And a few weeks later, so was my account.

Biggest VERO problem I've had is Micro$oft, I have the letter to prove it.

Hi,

can you please tell me how you solved the problem with microsoft?
i haven't received any letter from microsoft, atleast until now
however, i import some office 2007 from oversea supplier, thinking of its genuine product
10 days later i received letter from custom notified me the goods has been forfeited and need me to fill out the notice of consent to forfeit goods, they also told me that they sent the same letter to microsoft and telling them to take action otherwise the goods will return to me( i don't want the goods anymore as being cheated by seller)

can you please advise what i need to do?

thanks a lot

Depends on where you purchased them from?

If they have been seized by customs and have a letter stating this, send a copy to your supplier and ask for a refund.

Is there a law stating that you can't purchase software from the site where you purchased it from? No.
You tried to buy, what you believed was authentic software, right?

The fact that you haven't received it, so you don't have any possible? counterfeit software in your possession, what can Microsoft do?

I wouldn't do anything, and I certainly wouldn't be buying anymore.

I have genuine christian louboutin shoes and manolo blahnik shoes, I know they are genuine 100% and can prove it, ebay has taken my shoes off and i have geniune herve leger dress, got taken off, I have an email from herve leger stating the dress is authentic but I didnt disassociate myself from herve leger.

ebay are not interested in whether you can prove authenticity or not.

chanel, LV are definate no goes,

ed hardy is now on the band wagon, if you sell ed hardy on oztion.com.au it will be taken off, they are even now taking listings off if they are ⊗⊗⊗⊗.

basically be careful with anything designer thats very well known, gucci as well

I just had a look at OZtion and there is quite a lot of Ed Hardy.

I find that they target sellers and not the actual product.

last year every item of ed hardy was removed from oztion due to them being ⊗⊗⊗⊗.
its only been recent that they target sellers as my sister was targeted.

its about knowing how to photograph your items as well, oztion dont like it when you use generic photos which everyone does,

if you have the photo of your own they will more than likely leave you alone or.

they are really starting to do things the same way ebay do

I've had things removed from Oztion before, so I don't bother with them too much these days.
There seems to be a group of members that take great delight in reporting you for selling stuff they think is ⊗⊗⊗⊗.
I read on one post the other day, with the member saying that just report them and let admin sort it out, or report them to the online site for that particular item and let them investigate.

Some don't care that the items might actually be legit, just report them.

Attitudes like that put me right off.

The so called do gooders **** it for everyone,95% of the people that buy off these auction sites know that they are not getting a genuine item or they are complete **** wits....Its the other sellers and the people with no lives dobbing people in, just to take the competition out.

So dont get mad about this, get smarter and make HEAPS of Stealth acounts
