VCC that accepts loading through PayPal

Hello!

I need help, I need to buy with my PayPal funds with a virtual credit card, so here´s my question, is there any virtual credit card that accepts loading funds through PayPal?
I cant use the PayPal Prepaid Card since there it isn´t available in Spain.

I`m not sure i think only paypal prepaid credit card works at the moment, to my best of knowledge.
