Just wondering if using a previous registered name/address when creating a new ebay account will set off any flags. It would be ideal to just register up under my own name/address, just with a brand new credit card/bank account that has never been used for ebay before. I am concerned about perjury/fraud issues trying to register up under a fictitious name/address..Please advise..

there is no need to get a new name.... u can register using ur existing name as well.. just change the wording.. here n there.. for example donna hamilton.. u can use mr/miss don . ham .. for addresses u can use lets say flat no 10 housno ten etc.. it works 90% advice would be to register that account and leave it for lets say 3-4 days if theres a prob with it it will get suspended otherwise u will be able to use it .. thats how i m back on ebay... also bought a couple of stuff w/o paying via paypal and received the items successfully
