About 2 weeks ago I received a permanent ban from amazon for listing dvds. It was my first account. I sold between 14-16 items in the first 2 days of opening the account. First they put me under review and said I had to wait 30 days to receive my funds....then a few days later I got the email stating they banned me all together...I shipped on time. I had great communication with my buyers but still got banned...
Today, I logged in and my account didn't say I was suspended anymore...it says my account is under review again....has this happened to anyone? Am I banned or just getting reviewed? I tried to list there but they wouldn't let me.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
First please read the forum, their are millions of threads about KEEP IT SLOW AT THE BEGINNING! DONT GIVE AMAZON A REASON TO REVIEW YOU!
Your Sales ask for a review! Most of us try not to sale more than 1-2 per day in the beginning!
But now you are in their game, maybe they suspend you again or you pass the review, who knows?!
most people are saying $700-800 per month, i think you mentioned that in another thread....if people are averaging 1 sale a day at $100, then that would be $3000 per month! much more then the 700-800 dollar a month mentioned.
so is it the dollar amount or quantity that would trigger the red flags?
I know I should have started slow. I have another account where im selling 2 items per week. Also, in my original post I asked if you guys had encountered the same issue I have.
Amazon banned me permanently 2 weeks ago then yesterday I looked at the account and it says it's under review. Which is it? I don't understand that. I'm in good standing.

It shows back under review now, however if you click on read more, and view your messages, you will see your account blocked/suspneded message. You are indeed shut down, and will receive your funds 90 days from the day your account was blocked.
