please help me paypal Pan number and new accont

When I tried to log in to my Paypal India account, the account asked for my mobile number and PAN number.
I am not a resident in India and the account activated by vcc



I am a resident in a country with problems in the PayPal accounts

now I want to open a new PayPal account of a new Other Country no india .And I want to activate it using a VCC

The problem is that my Indian PayPal account linked to my ebay account , And I log on to this account from my computer.

now Can I open a new PayPal account of a new Other Country from the same computer
And send my money from my Indian PayPal, To my new PayPal
And then link my new PayPal account with my ebay account

And all this from the same computer

please help me

So on your first post you say you are in the USA. It seems you are actually in MOROCCO. You are going to get that Indian paypal limited because you are not going to be able to verify the account.
PAN is Permanent Account Number. It is for tax purposes for Indian residents. New thing happening in India they are asking for this now. Has a lot to do with overseas people buying accounts and then scamming people.
Too hard to give advice on your plans.
