hey guys i just have a quick question... i go this morning onto my paypal account and there is a message that says....." from now on your account with be receiving holds when you receive payments please read the faq about it".... is this happening to everyone and I can't withdraw.... my account isnt limited either!!

@DFB, probably not. There's been rolling reserves & holds put on some accounts. Accounts are getting up to 8% of a balance held. (some are getting more)
