Cool Selling Vehicle Internationally Via Paypal

I'm selling: 2002 Honda Accord SE V6 19th 187,000 km for $6900.oo Cdn

Got an email today from potential buyer:

"Thanks a lot. I have read everything about the car on the website and everything is okay by me. I have actually tried to get this car here earlier from here but most of the ones I got either have one huge mechanical fault or the other and some have even had accidents in the past while some are extremely exorbitant.

As to the price, My offer on the\ car is $7300. So if you deem the offer good enough, I will be very glad to make the payment asap through my PayPal account as I am currently offshore and I won't definitely be able to make it to my bank to make bank wires across to you.
As to shipping, you need not worry yourself about how the car will get
to me here in the United Kingdom I will contact a shipping company here who
will handle that. You can call me on +xxxxxxx
Do get back to me asap with your PayPal Email address and Full name so
that I can remit the payment asap."

Advice please. I know this sounds too good to be true!

My response: Okay - u r offshore? And car would be shipped by u to united kingdom? I have never done this before...I actually have to transfer ownership to you! How do I do that? There are taxes for you to pay also? I will have to check with my accoutant/lawyer tomorrow to check out how to do this internationally.

Any time the offer you more than you are asking it is definitely a scam.
Plus, unless the car is super cheap, rebuilt/salvage title or extremely rare, it would not pay for overseas buyer to buy it once they pay shipping.
Your best bet is to wait untill a local buyer inquires about it and set up an inspection.
If they are out of state, I would only accept bank wire or hand over cash at the bank when they have it picked up.

Definitely avoid anyone asking to ship the car overseas. SCAM written all over it!

Yep, it's a scam. Why would anyone pay such a high price with a car that has high clicks..

2002 Honda for top dollar going O/S with paypal and a waste of a poll.
Barge poles come to mind. Don't touch this.
