That actually could be a good thing. I hate fraud as much of as the next guy and these scammers are getting smarter. Not ten minutes ago I lost a $40 order. The payment was non-registered verified and confirmed. Ip tracked to his location… it looks like it could be just a chargeback, but who knows.

yeah this system SUCKS! one of my repeat buyers who only will pay with paypal sent a $62 payment to me. The next morning I see the transaction status is "refunded" and paypal has a $62 hold on the money. The kid also told me his account was limited. Then to resolve I either have to prove I refunded the money, or give proof of shipping. I tried entering the tracking number for the package but it kept saying "invalid format" which wasnt true, it was copied right from the paypal transaction page. Then I tried to refund the money to have the kid pay me with google checkout but it was already refunded so I couldn't do that(YET PAYPAL IS HOLDING THE FUNDS). Then when I tried to enter proof that the refund was given it came up with some other error. im not likin this system as of now.
