Default Should I just give up or wait it out...

Okay so heres the deal... Got an amazon account under review. Today I got a buyer claiming that the item I sent then DOES NOT WORK with their system. Few hours later I got an A-Z claim via amazon. My account is ONLY about 10 days old or so. I have sold about 600 bucks worth of items.

So im saying should I give up on this account or do I just hope that amazon will let the account pass the review and all would be good.

ps the account sold about 6 items and I has 0 feedback

Okay so heres whats up now... the buyer felt like they were going to get scammed. I email the buyer told them to return the item. If I can get the buyer to cancel the pending claim will this help me or not.

I just dont want to GIVE up on the account yet as its semi legit and getting good sales.

Say bye bye to this account. You can try and fight the claim, but Amazon is going to make up an excuse to side with the buyer. Might be an excuse totally unrelated to the buyers dispute. You should of sold $600 in the first 30 days. $600 in 10 days on a new account will make Amazon put your account under review every time. In a couple weeks after they "complete their review," they are going to block your account and hold your funds for 90 days. I would be working on another stealth account because I've had enough "account reviews" to tell you there isnt much hope for this account.

Ah ha... today 3 WEEKS later amazon REACTIVATED MY ACCOUNT ( pass review ) whatever you want to call it ... OMG! Cant believe it.

Congrats...good for you!
More of us being able to sell things on Amazon, means we don't have to rely as heavily on ebay.
