Yes there are ways. But PayPal requires SSN so if you are using a friend or realtive info then it could work that way.

Yes it requires a SSN because they run a soft credit check sometimes. The account also has to be more than 60 days old to qualify for a debit card.

That's your punishment for thinking. Don't do that again. The deities of www will fill your shorts with rabid fire-ants.

Silliness aside, #4 is absolutely right.

I never gave them SSN for my debit card. In fact, I used the same information from an account that had been limited.

I did get the card after the 60 days and used it a few times. However, as soon as I received over $500, the account was limited.

They made the change about needing a SSN to give you a debit card a while back. Last year maybe? Someone here knows when the change was made.

I found this site because in Jan 2010 I lost my 10+ year old Ebay/PP account by discovering Vero (I didn't even know what that term was until I came here). I got greedy and sold thousands of dollars of the stuff in matter of a week or so. I couldn't believe my good fortune. Then Ebay canx my listing, then PP limited my account and I called them numerous times trying to get the limitation lifted. No go. So instead of waiting 180 days for my money I gave refunds until my Paypal was dry. (Of items I hadn't yet shipped of course.)

My point is, I wish I had discovered this site 2 or more years ago and had multiple stealth accounts with each there own debit card!

True. It also has to be in good standing with no complaints of any sort
