why not pay them? if account is flowing and you are making money, just pay.

If you are making sales and making money its a fair trade off, no?

The point is not to scam eBay, but get back to business....

yes. you only not want to pay them if the account is going to be or already is suspended permanently.. its worth it to pay them if the account is good and its making good sales.

Couldn't help laughing when you say "trick" - reminds me of a few past folx who wanted to try and "trick" the tax man.

There are illegal ways to avoid fees - some ways stall for sometime before your eventual suspension - others, well, could cause you worse problems if you keep them going. I don't use them personally but over the years it's been learn-ed.

Trick? There is no trick to it. If you sell to much VERO a new account has a limited life anyway. You simply move on to a new stealth account. You can usually get about 2-3 months out of them.
