for some reason every time i recieve a payment paypal puts it on hold for 21 days before they will release it to me. how can i avoid this. Also i have ebay fees i have not paid on a seperate account due to the loss of my job and medical bills due to cancer. There is just know way i can pay right now.can ebay send this to my credit report? if so, how can i avoid this in the future.

You have to sell and go through about 10 payment holds on a new account before they will stop holding. They may still hold large amounts or high risk items. Best way is to sell some cheap items on new account, ship fast with tracking. They will release on positive feedback and sometimes 3 days after delivery confirmation. Although I have notice they sometimes still make you wait 21 days despite delivery confirmation on $50 item. Maybe because it is not signature confirmation.

You usually need 20 dsr (positive feedbacks as a seller) before your chance of getting the 21 day limit is reduced. And, true, once buyer leaves positive feedback, you should see a prompt release.

While I can't really comment on your personal situation (though I wish you all the best in health and family and speedy recovery), if eBay has your REAL personal information and you are in delinquency with them, they can go to collection agency to harrass you with calls. That can affect your credit if you don't bother dealing with them.
