Default Winning bidder leaves negative feedback 30 secs after winning...

Way to go eBay with your sophisticated system....letting a non-paying winning bidder leave negative feedback 30 seconds after winning my item...

Monday trash of the week.

Never bothered to block bidders with 0 feedback who were from overseas...my bad

I doubt you will be able to get that removed. Sounds very fishy, competition if you ask me.

So, what are you waiting for? Email Ebay Customer service within the next 30 seconds. Explain the situation in details. I am sure they will remove it.

Thanks for the tips - I will do that. Just hoping eBay doesn't suddenly say, wait a minute let's ID this account - slap it with a MC 5uk on it....never know

yeah that kind of happened to me..theyll most likely remove it because the buyer didnt even pay the invoice did they? and itll be obvious to them because they can check it all out..but the thing is..they take SUPER long to remove the negative feedback..like 2 weeks or so..

hopefully not.....

Even if I could muster up some rationalization to some of what ebay allows, how can they permit a buyer to buy, not pay and immediately leave negative feedback?

What possible real world situation would this apply?

Protecting buyers far and above what can be considered reasonable is one thing, this is just license to kill. They may as well set up a "destroy your competition" link on the tips page....

I have to hope they can remove such things without dragging you through the mud first.

Probably your competition. Change to buy it now with immediate payment required. They will get tired and move on. then change it back to your regular selling format.

Open the unpaid item case. Close it, if the feedback doesn't automatically go like it is meant to...simple email to ebay and it will be removed.

I'm sorry to hear your situation. Let me predict what eBay customer service might do -
Usually they will transfer your concern to the safety department and this department will usually reply you by asking you to work things out with this customer etc, or asked you to raise a non-payment dispute and if it went through, the neg feedback given by eBay will be automatically removed BUT if the customer pay for that item, I'm pretty sure you going to get stuck with that negative feedback. eBay is a place where they protect the buyers NOT the sellers. If hearing this made you feel it sucks to be a seller on eBay (especially a new seller), yeah, I am sure most of us feel that way which is why we're here.

Yes it will, but as said earlier, if the buyers somehow paid for that item, then you might never get the neg remove.
