 Question about Prepaid credit card
I bought the eBay Stealth ebook yesterday and was reading through it. Basically what I got was that the most important things to have for a new stealth account are a new bank account and a prepaid credit card. The rest is pretty much a breeze in the woods to create, especially if your new identity is a friend or family member (which it is in my case).
The only problem is that both a new bank account and prepaid card cost money! The minimum to open up a new account in most banks is something like $25, and the minimum to buy a prepaid gift card is $20. I have never used a prepaid credit card in my life so I may not be correct (in which case, please correct me). Are there any Prepaid cards -- specifically -- that I can buy with say, a minimum of $5 or less or something? Where exactly can i buy these cards and is it possible for me to get the money from the card and keep it for myself after I buy it? Sorry if i sound cheap, I'm just not exactly financially stable enough at the moment to be dishing out money for an account that may not even survive.
